Let us pray:

Sing to the Lord for his great love!  What an incredible redemption story we have to tell.  Jesus has conquered all our sin and covered our shame.  Thank you, Father, for your saving grace for each one of us.  From everlasting to everlasting, you are God and the Creator of the ends of the earth. You do not faint or grow weary: you give power to the faint, and to him who has no might you increase strength.  Give us confidence and fill us today with the assurance of your will in all we see around us and reveal the deep, deep love of Jesus.

You are calling us, Lord to experience the fullness of life lived in Christ.  We settle for mere scraps and decide that is enough when you have prepared for us a glorious feast.  May we be overcome with an overwhelming hunger and thirst for righteousness.  May we not rest in our own understanding, but may we hear your voice as we walk in communion with you, Lord for we were created for your glory and to stroll through the garden in relationship with our creator.  Pour out your spirit, God and give us the earnest longing to be filled with the knowledge of your will by the power of the Holy Spirit.

We join together today to claim victory in our homes and in our nation, in the powerful name of Jesus.  Awaken our hearts, Lord God.  Stir in us a renewed urgency to know you more, for time is short.  Reveal your power in the hearts of believers all around the world.  Show us the glorious inheritance you have in store for those who believe and give us strength to stand against the pervasive principalities of darkness. The enemy is defeated, the keys of hades and death have been taken and we are not overcome!

In the mighty name of Jesus, we anoint our families with the covering of our Lord and Savior.  We cover our children with the protection of our God.  We ask for a fresh wind of the Holy Spirit to wash over believers and usher in a great awakening across this land.  We invite you into the hidden places of our lives and ask you to do a miraculous transformation in our hearts and give our minds discernment that we may walk forward in the power of the mighty God we serve.

In the awesome name of our Lord and Savior, we pray

Scripture:

And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God. Phillipians 1:9

Quote:

It would seem that Our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased. ~ C.S. Lewis

Let us pray:

Lord Jesus, we come before your throne today with gladness, for you alone are our source of joy. We pause in this moment to give you honor and glory for your unfailing love and endless mercy. May our praises rise, filling the heavens and may our worship be a sweet sound in your ear, Father. Permeate our hearts, Lord with an overwhelming sense of your presence.  Fill us with your Holy Spirit.

O’ God, you are so faithful.  Bring a renewed revelation of what a mighty, sovereign Savior we serve.  You have written victory in our very souls and are leading us into your eternal glory.  We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.  Death may be at work in our mortal bodies, but praise Jesus, we are alive because of the saving blood of Christ! What a blessing to be called for such a time as this. Bring a calm in the depths of our souls that comes from a peace that passes all understanding.

Abide with us, Father for the time is drawing near.  We join together in your presence with believers across this land and pray for divine intervention for our nation, Father.  Do a mighty, miraculous work in our leaders.  Bring repentance and usher in a great awakening in the name of Jesus.  Reignite in each one of us a burning desire to pray, kneeling before the King of Kings being renewed by the power of the Holy Spirit.  May we die daily to ourselves so we can truly live.  Reveal your will, lead us in your way, and may we be found faithful, ready, and looking for your return.

In the precious name of our Lord and Savior

Scripture:

Though the mountains be shaken, and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.  Isaiah 54:10

Quote:

In the secret of God's tabernacle no enemy can find us, and no troubles can reach us. The pride of man and the strife of tongues find no entrance into the pavilion of God. The secret of his presence is a more secure refuge than a thousand Gibraltars. I do not mean that no trials come. They may come in abundance, but they cannot penetrate into the sanctuary of the soul, and we may dwell in perfect peace even in the midst of life fiercest storms. - Hannah Whitall Smith

Let us pray:

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for another opportunity to gather with fellow believers pausing to worship you.  We are so grateful to serve the Lord God Almighty who knows our heart, hears our innermost thoughts and is full of grace.  We kneel humbly before your throne with a renewed sense of the greatness and deep love of our Father.  Forgive us, Lord where we have taken you for granted, open our eyes, and help us to see all the ways our lives are blessed as a result of your never-ending faithfulness.

Lord God, we pray for a mighty current of holiness to swell within the hearts of believers all across this land.  Flood our minds with your word and may we be surrounded by your love above us, below us and through us in the name of Jesus. We pray for a resurgence of spiritual boldness as we stand firm on the rock of Christ, knowing our hope is in You. Fill us to overflowing with unwavering confidence in our sovereign Lord that we may walk in the renewed and revived godliness of Christ Jesus.

May we put on the full armor of God to resist the evils of the day as we fearlessly shine your light in the shadows of this world.  We ask you to speak truth into our own hearts that we may discern your will and give us an abundance of courage to walk in it.   Pour out your spirit, Father God and bring revival we pray.  Give us spiritual eyes to see beyond our natural circumstances into the realm of the holy God who is calling us to live a life of devotion to Him.

It is in the powerful name of Jesus we pray

Scripture:

Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.  Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.  Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,  and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.  In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.  Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Ephesians 6:11-17

Quote:

The trumpet still plays the notes of war. You cannot sit down and put the victory wreath on your head. You do not have a crown. You still must wear the helmet and carry the sword. You must watch, pray, and fight. Expect your last battle to be the most difficult, for the enemy’s fiercest charge is reserved for the end of the day. ~Charles Spurgeon

Let us pray

Lord God, we are so grateful for this day and for your faithfulness in our lives.  We bring our offerings of praise and give you all the glory for you are the author and finisher of our faith.  Renew our spirits today as we come before your throne of grace.  You are the Alpha and Omega, and from everlasting to everlasting, you are God. May we be especially mindful of the sacrifice of Calvary and the glorious inheritance of the saints because of the precious blood of Christ.

We join our hearts today in praise, Hosanna to the King of Kings!  May you rule and reign triumphantly in our lives as we lay our burdens at your feet.  We give you honor Lord Jesus for your faithfulness and for the immeasurable love you demonstrated on the cross. You are the final propitiation for all our transgressions, and we stand before your throne cleansed.  Wash over us today with the assurance of our purification because of your redeeming blood.  May we walk in the newness of life for the old has passed away.  Behold all things are new.

May we reveal your life to a dying world and impart the living hope we have through the new covenant of grace.  He is Risen and that resurrection power is ours today.  Revive our mighty transformational calling in you Lord Jesus. Death has no dominion over our homes, our communities, or our families and we claim victory in Jesus’ name. Help us to shake off those grave clothes and come alive through the power of the blood of Christ.

The stone is rolled away, the tomb is empty, and Calvary is calling! We ask for a miraculous infilling of your Holy Spirit to spread across this land. Like a mighty rushing wind from heaven, Lord, pour out your Spirit on each one of us today. May your resurrection power transform our hearts and minds as we walk in your living hope.  He is Risen!  He is Risen Indeed!

In your precious, holy name we pray

Scripture

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.  and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil, or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Peter 1:3-5

Quote

The evidence for the resurrection of Jesus Christ is more powerful than anything else we believe. By His resurrection Jesus proved He is who He says He is. Be confident in this truth. Stand on the Holy Word of God. Don't sell the world a false bill of goods. Preach the word. Defend the faith. Live the faith.~Charles Colson
