Let us pray:
Lord Jesus, we come to you today filled with thankfulness for your great love and mercy. You are sovereign Lord, and we lift praises to your name. We are so grateful to be gathered with saints across this land joining in intercession and adoration of the King of Kings. Let all who have breath, praise the Lord. How awesome are your ways, Father God.
We join together and lay the needs of our nations at your feet. Intercede on behalf of persecuted believers everywhere. Intervene Lord and bind the hands of those who wish evil to prevail. Put a mighty hedge of protection around your children and give strength to those standing for righteousness. We know these light and momentary problems are achieving for us an eternal glory, but we pray for a special presence of the Holy Spirit to bring comfort to those in need. Fill us with inexpressible joy and immeasurable peace, in Jesus’ name.
We come confidently before your throne, Lord Jesus and ask for an anointing of your people that the word of God would be boldly spoken. Though the tribulations of life threaten to sear our hope, you are in the midst of the fire with us, Father. When the Lord is present in the flames, all that is burned are the things that had us bound and we emerge declaring victory in Jesus’ name. We claim freedom through the blood of Christ; protection and guidance through the power of your word; and revival in our hearts through the mighty power of the Holy Spirit.
In the name Jesus our Lord, we pray
Scripture:
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Romans 5:1-5

The will of God will not take us where the grace of God cannot sustain us. ~Billy Graham

Let us pray:
Lord Jesus, we bow our hearts today in thanksgiving to you, for your name is above all names. We praise you Jehovah for the fulfillment of your word and for the saving grace of the blood of Christ. We are overwhelmed that we are forgiven, redeemed by your mercy, and restored into relationship with you.
Where can we go from your Spirit that you are not there? Your hand guides us and holds us fast whether we are on the mountaintops or in the valleys. Speak those assurances into the very depths of our soul and help us walk in that truth today.
Lord Jesus, you are here. You go before us into our tomorrows so we can let go of any worry and rest assured of your plans and purposes. You are in our yesterday’s making all things work together for good as we trust in you. And you are here today, speaking into our hearts through your word, leading us by the power of your Holy Spirit.
Lord God, we ask that you make yourself known in miraculous ways to believers all around the world. May we dream dreams and see your glory revealed, bringing strength and hope in these trying times. Re-ignite the flame of genuine worship and open the eyes of our hearts that we may grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. We ask for your mighty hand of healing to reach down in the name of Jesus and touch those in need today.
Close the mouths of the lions and give us refuge in the shadow of your wings as we step out in faith. Part the waves and lead us out onto dry land declaring salvation and protection for your people. Let the mighty trumpets of the Lord shout as the walls of ungodliness crumble to the ground. O’ Hallelujah! May the Holy Spirit guide and protect as we claim the triumph of the kingdom of God over the kingdom of this world, in Jesus name.
In your powerful, holy name we pray
Scripture:
Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. Psalm 139:7-10

It is in the power of our mighty Lord and Savior we pray
Scripture:
This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 John 1:5-7

The Bible is not the light of the world, it is the light of the Church. But the world does not read the Bible, the world reads Christians! “You are the light of the world.” ~ Charles Spurgeon

Let us pray
Lord Jesus, we come to you now with thankfulness for all you are doing in our lives. We want to pause to worship you for you are worthy of all glory and praise. May your will be done in us here on earth as it is in heaven. Open doors for your service and may we walk through those doors with confidence. Reignite the desire and discipline to devote ourselves to the daily practice of prayer. Fill our hearts with the joy of the Lord and create in us a fervor for your word.
Direct our paths, purify our motives, and give us the strength to release our will into the mighty hands of God. May we be postured to receive all you have for us Father: our desires tempered by the word of God, our feet on the path of righteousness, our hearts softened, trusting your leading for our life, our minds quieted to hear your still, small voice giving us direction, our hands raised in worship to our Lord and Savior.
Turn the hearts of nations toward the King of Kings who created it all. Do a miraculous work in our leaders. We pray for a mighty spiritual interruption Father. Interrupt the plans of those who desire evil. Interrupt the godlessness infiltrating our schools. Interrupt the compromises in our churches. Interrupt the status quo and set our course on You. For every knee shall bow and every tongue confess, that you are Lord. We pray for a great awakening in the church, in the hearts and minds of believers around the world, and in each one of us today.
In the mighty name of Jesus who works in us to will and fulfill his good purpose we pray
Scripture
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure. 1 John 3:1-3

It is the distinguishing glory of Christianity not to rest satisfied with superficial appearances, but to rectify the motives, and purify the heart. ~William Wilberforce

Let us pray
Lord God we come to you today filled with gratitude for your grace and mercy. Hallelujah Jesus! You are worthy of all praise and we worship you in spirit and in truth. You are our Abba Father and we can trust in your delight for each and every one of us. We are clothed in righteousness and washed clean by the blood of Jesus and because of that, we enter into the holy of holies to commune with the King of Kings! You are among us and we praise your holy name.
We come to you now lifting our petitions for a mighty movement in our land, Lord. We know revival starts in the hearts of your people, so we pray for our own spiritual condition. Ready believers across the nations for what you want to do in us and through us. Refine with your fire, Lord and remove anything that does not please you. Make us vessels to minister your life to those around us. Cleanse our minds that we may give you honor in our thoughts. Re-establish your kingship in our daily lives. Anoint us with the oil of gladness and may the consolations of Christ cause us to walk forth in victory, in Jesus name.
Prepare the way of the Lord! Bring down the mountains we have erected in our own defense that separate us from you.
Prepare the way of the Lord! Make level the valleys in our lives where heartache has divided our trust, that we may rest in your care.
Prepare the way of the Lord! Bring peace to our souls, praise to our lips and make saints around the world ready, Lord Jesus.
Give us ears to hear your voice and wisdom to walk in your ways.
In Jesus’ precious, holy name we pray
Scripture
A voice of one calling: In the wilderness prepare the way for the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” Isaiah 40:3-5
Quote
God brings you to places, among people, and into certain conditions to accomplish a definite purpose through the intercession of the Spirit in you. Your part in intercessory prayer is not to agonize over how to intercede, but to use the everyday circumstances and people God puts around you by His providence to bring them before His throne, and to allow the Spirit in you the opportunity to intercede for them. In this way God is going to touch the whole world with His saints. ~Oswald Chambers
