Let us pray

Thank you, Father God, for this day and for your mercies which are new every morning. We praise you for your faithfulness which knows no bounds and for your love which has no end. What an awesome God we serve and we worship your holy name. Worthy is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! We humble our hearts in adoration of the Creator of the universe who knows each and every one of us gathered and by the shed blood of Christ, completely washes us clean. O’ Lord, thank you for the cross.

We pray, Lord Jesus you will breathe new life into our dry bones. Wake us up from our slumber that we may fully commit to serving you. May we bring our praises into the storehouse of the Lord and fill the heavens with the sweet sounds of worship. Turn our eyes upon Jesus as we walk through this day, that we may catch a new vision of kingdom living here on earth.

Fill us to overflowing with your joy, Lord. We are redeemed. We are called. We are set apart to love and to serve. May we be overcome with who we are in Christ! You have filled us with your purposes, Lord Jesus and each and every day we can overflow your glory because of your saving grace. May we not be discouraged in any way with what we see around us, but may we be confident in our God! You are on the throne. You are faithful. You are victorious!

Turn our hearts, Lord Jesus to repentance for the compromises we have allowed in our lives and may we consecrate ourselves to the work of our Father. Where there is anxiety, fill us with thankfulness. Where there is fear, encompass us with your love. Where there is discouragement, overwhelm us with gratefulness. Where there is confusion, penetrate our minds with your unchanging truth. Transform our outlook to see the purposes of our Almighty King. We are not overcome, in the name of Jesus.

We claim victory across this land. Bring revival, bring transparency, bring godliness, bring truth, bring discernment, bring true repentance, and bring salvation in the mighty name of Jesus.

In the precious name of our Lord and Savior, we pray.

Scripture

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God. He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. 2 Timothy 1:7-10

Let us pray

Thank you, Lord Jesus for those who are gathered here today, in your name.  We praise and worship you for the mighty works of your hands.  We give you all the glory and honor and re-establish your Lordship in our hearts and minds.  We bring our sacrifices of praise into the house of the Lord and worship you for your great goodness to each and every one of us.

Lord Jesus, you provide the strength we need to stand strong on your promises.  May we hear your Word and believe what you say.  We pray for your transformational power to intercede on behalf of our nation and our leaders, in the name of Jesus.  You have promised to supply all our needs and you know the things we need even before we ask.  You have thoughts of peace towards us and desire to give us a hope and a future.  We claim victory in this land and invite powerful revival in the hearts of your people, in the mighty name of Christ our Lord.

Father God, we pray you will make us holy and restore us to wholeness in you.  Purify our minds and renew a right spirit in our lives.  Turn our thoughts towards you in a new way, Lord Jesus.  May we commit to time on our knees, seeking your face and rest in the hope of our salvation as we walk in your promises.  There is no one like you, Lord and we ask you to reach down and infiltrate our innermost thoughts. Make the crooked places straight and give us wisdom to walk in the paths of righteousness.  Speak to us, Father in ways we have never heard before and quiet our hearts so we can hear.

Lord God, we pray you will help us have an impact on the lives around us for your kingdom and your glory right where we are, Lord.  Fill our hearts with the overwhelming desire to obey your commands and take your rightful place in our pursuits.  Teach us how to love you with all our heart, mind and soul and may we put You on the throne of our lives.  Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh and we pray you will bring down each and every stronghold which surrounds us by the power of the blood of Christ.  We believe great things are on the horizon for we trust in you, Father.

In the mighty name of Jesus, who rules and reigns and is coming again, we pray

Scripture

..if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God. Proverbs 2:3-5

Quote

We are not wise enough, pure enough, or strong enough to aim and sustain such a single motive over a lifetime. That way lies fanaticism or failure. But if the single motive is the master motivation of God's calling, the answer is yes. In any and all situations, both today and tomorrow's tomorrow, God's call to us is the unchanging and ultimate whence, what, why, and whither of our lives. Calling is a 'yes' to God that carries a 'no' to the chaos of modern demands. Calling is the key to tracing the story line of our lives and unriddling the meaning of our existence in a chaotic world. ~Os Guinness

Let us pray

Thank you, Father, for this day and for your never-ending goodness to your people.  We pause in this moment with our fellow believers to give you praise for you alone are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  We are so grateful for your loving care.  Our hearts are set free from the burden of sin because of the blood of Christ and we worship you for your saving grace.  You O’ Lord are our Redeemer, the Son of the Living God, the Holy One of Israel, the Bread of Life, the Light of the World, our Strong Tower, and our Great High Priest.  Worthy, worthy is the Lamb.

Lord God, you have promised to go before us and we invite you to guide our steps, today.  Direct our thoughts that we may not sin against you.  Lead us in the paths of personal righteousness that we may impact the world around us.  Make us dwell in the shelter of the Most High and sanctify us that we may serve your purposes with our whole heart, our whole mind, and our whole spirit.

We ask that you would lift the veil of our own desires, and reveal your glory, Lord Jesus.  Give us discernment, by the power of the Holy Spirit that we may see your goodness coming down from the Father above.  Fill our minds with hope and our hearts with joy for we know these light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  May we be in perfect peace, knowing our lives are in your hands.

Thank you Lord Jesus, you stand at the door and knock, patiently waiting for us to let us to let you in for you know how very much we need a Savior.  Help us to completely surrender our lives into the arms of Christ and commit ourselves to daily fervent prayer as you uphold us with your righteous right hand.  We claim revival in the hearts of believers around the world and we ask for renewed devotion to serving you, in the name of Jesus.  Display your might among the nations and disarm the schemes of the enemy.   Restore morality where there is decay and bring righteousness across this land.  Jesus Christ is coming again, and the Kingdom of God is near!

In the precious name of Christ our Lord, we pray

Scripture

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.  Jeremiah 29:11-13

Quote

Optimism hopes for the best without any guarantee of its arriving and is often no more than whistling in the dark. Christian hope, by contrast, is faith looking ahead to the fulfillment of the promises of God. . . . Optimism is a wish without warrant; Christian hope is a certainty, guaranteed by God himself. Optimism reflects ignorance as to whether good things will ever actually come. Christian hope expresses knowledge that every day of his life, and every moment beyond it, the believer can say with truth, on the basis of God’s own commitment, that the best is yet to come. ~J.I. Packer

Let us pray

Thank you, Lord Jesus for this time we are able to pause and gather in your name.  You are worthy, Father of all praise and we worship you today.  May we not come before your throne out of obedience alone, but may we be filled with a consuming desire that brings us into a place of true adoration of our Almighty Lord.  Thank you for your grace the extends to each and every one of us.  We praise you for the mercy that flows like a never-ending stream, washing away our shame and lifting our countenance towards the heavens.

Lord God, you have promised to transform us into your image and we ask you to shake up the status quo in our hearts.  Bring down the walls of apathy, Father God and build up our hope in the one true God.  Bring down the walls of fear and build up our faith so we can stand strong knowing upheaval will not overcome us.  Bring down the walls of discouragement and build up our trust in you Father, so we may be filled with joy, knowing our lives are in your hands.  Give us strength to stand for righteousness, and may we not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

We are your children, Lord God and we praise your name in the midst of the storm.  We declare victory in the middle of the battle.  We proclaim your sovereignty in the midst of the struggle.  We claim miracles for our nation and in the lives of those gathered here today.  Bring revival in our hearts and in the lives of leaders around the world, in the name of Jesus.

Father God, we invite the Holy Spirit to move like a rushing wind through the hidden spaces of our souls that we may walk forward with spiritual boldness, declaring the mighty works of our Lord.   Change the landscape of our desires that we will be filled to overflowing with new life through the blood of Christ Jesus.  May we trust in your ways and commit to truly knowing You.  For it is by faith we are saved.  It is by faith we have the assurance of things hoped for.  And it is on this unwavering faith, we stand.

In the name of the Almighty God, who rules and reigns and is coming again, we pray

Scripture

This is what the Lord says:  Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength or the rich boast of their riches, but let the one who boasts boast about this:  that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight, declares the Lord. Jeremiah 9:23-24

Quote

There is, however, a crucial difference between a profession of faith and the possession of faith… It is not the mere claim to faith that makes us Christians. We must have what we claim to have to be truly in Christ.  Jesus somberly warned about those who say, “Lord, Lord,” who are not His. He made it clear that people can honor Him with their lips while their hearts are far from Him.  ~R.C. Sproul
