Let us pray

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for this day and for those that are gathered together in your name.  We worship you today for you are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  Thank you for the cleansing blood of Christ.  We praise you for your mighty works.  Thank you, Lord Jesus that through your atoning death and the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, the chains of guilt and shame are broken, and we are no longer captives of sin.  We bow our hearts as we come into the holy of holies to worship the Creator of the Universe.  We give you all the glory and honor, for you alone are worthy.

Thank you, Father God, you have promised to never leave us or forsake us.  Though the mountains be shaken, and the hills be removed, yet your unfailing love will not be shaken, nor your covenant of peace be removed.  Thank you, Jesus.  You deliver us from all our distress for you alone are our rock and the stronghold of our lives.  We praise you for your faithfulness.

Lord Jesus, train our hearts to love what you love and fill us with faith that allows us to cast all our cares upon you.  Help us to seek you with all our hearts and follow hard after what pleases you.  Give us the strength to resist worldly desires and may we dedicate ourselves to what brings kingdom rewards.  Help us to pursue godliness over personal gratification, sanctification over self-indulgence, holiness over hedonism and a life devoted to prayer over earthly pastimes.

Father God, bring repentance in our hearts and spark revival in your saints.  We claim nations for Christ and ask that you would put a hedge of protection around your people, in the name of Jesus.  Send a mighty host of angels to guard the saints.  You are our portion, Lord.  Your steadfast love never ceases, and your mercies never come to an end.  We put all our days in your hands knowing that because of the cleansing blood of Christ, our lives have more meaning, more peace and more joy than we could ever hope for or imagine.  Now go before us and may we find the time to listen to you speak.

In the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, we pray

Scripture

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.  Let Israel say: “His love endures forever.”  Let the house of Aaron say: “His love endures forever.”  Let those who fear the Lord say: “His love endures forever.”  When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord; he brought me into a spacious place.  The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid.  What can mere mortals do to me?  The Lord is with me; he is my helper.  I look in triumph on my enemies.  Psalm 118:1-7

Let us pray

Thank you, Lord Jesus for this new day and for those that are gathered together in your name.  We are in awe of your majesty, and we pause in this moment to bring our offerings of praise.  We worship your holy name, Father God and we honor you today.  We praise you among the nations, Lord for your love is higher than the heavens and your faithfulness is everlasting.  Thank you, Jesus.  We bring our lives before you and lay our every desire at your feet, for you alone O’ Lord are faithful.

Father God, you have promised to satisfy our thirst and fill our hungry souls with good things.  You crown the humble with salvation and take delight in your people. May we be filled today with your peace and rest in the assurances of your Word.  Your provision is sufficient for each and every day and you are faithful to lead and guide our steps.  We choose today to walk into your light and feast on your daily supply of manna sent from heaven.

Search our hearts, Lord God and test our thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in us, Lord and lead us in your way everlasting.  May we choose today to exchange the temporary satisfaction of this world for the eternal fulfillment of life in Christ Jesus.  Penetrate our hearts that we may know the true joy of complete surrender to serving you.  Thank you, Lord Jesus, for carrying out your purposes in each of our lives for in you there is hope everlasting and peace eternal.

Father God, we come to you now and ask for your divine intervention for our nation and in our leaders.  Soften the hearts of all those who are not serving You.  Seek out those who have lost their way that they would know the breadth and length and height and depth of your love.  Interfere with the schemes of evil, in the name of Jesus and send a great awakening across this land, for the earth is trembling, the mountains are quaking, and the trumpets are about to sound.  May your glory be over all the earth, and may we seek revival, falling on our knees in prayer and returning to your Word, diligently seeking to know You.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray

Let us pray

We praise you Lord for the blessing of gathering in your name.  We bring our offerings before our Almighty King and we sing of your never-ending goodness.  O’ Lord, you are slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiveness of compromise and rebellion. You lead us in the paths of righteousness, and free us from the wages of sin.  Wash over us with the cleansing blood of Christ and may we be made new.  You are King over earth and heaven and we worship you today. Glory to your holy name.

Lord God your peace is available for all who seek it and we choose today to reach out and touch your garment.  Bring healing, in the name of Jesus.  We can feel your presence and we bless your holy name.  Speak to our hearts.  We do not want to be the same, so transform us, Father.  For you know the plans you have for us, Lord and we trust you.  Remind us of your loving care and take us into the quiet sanctuary of your presence, reminding us that all is well and our souls can find rest in you.  Remind us of your lordship and help us to posture ourselves to receive the goodness you have in store for your children.

Father God, may we consider everything a loss in comparison to the surpassing worth of knowing you.  Give us a hunger, Lord to commune with you.  We want to know you Christ Jesus and the power of your resurrection.  Sanctify us by the truth of your Word and remind us of the high calling we have in Christ Jesus.  May walk in the confidence of our priesthood. May our whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless until coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The presence of the Lord is with us, wherever we may be right now.  Help us to see your hand in all the many blessings we have and know it is all by the grace of God.  Deepen our understanding of your sovereign Word and bring revival in our hearts, today.  Have mercy on our nation and shake the very foundations of this earth, that your glory may be revealed and your Lordship no longer be denied.  Fill us with the joy that comes from knowing you, Father.  We are blessed beyond measure.  Thank you, Jesus.

It is in the powerful name of our Lord and Savior, we pray

Scripture:

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.  For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.  1 Peter 1:3-7

Quote:

“But if God is so good as you represent Him, and if He knows all that we need, and better far than we do ourselves, why should it be necessary to ask Him for anything?" I answer, "What if He knows prayer to be the thing we need first and most? What if the main object in God's idea of prayer be the supplying of our great, our endless need - the need of Himself?”  ~George MacDonald

Let us pray

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the opportunity to come before you with our fellow saints.  We bring our offerings of praise and lay them at your feet, for you are the Lord of Lords and King of Kings.  You are our Savior, our Healer, Provider and Deliver.  Thank you, Father God, for being our great Shepherd, leading us in the paths of righteousness. You are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning of all we see and the culmination of all our days.   We put our hand in yours today and ask you to lead each and every one of us for only through faith in You are we able to live in truth.

O’ Lord, fill us today with a renewed call to take you with us throughout our day and may we not limit the working of the Holy Spirit as we allow Him to fill our moments.  Give us a deep and abiding desire to seek your face in prayer.  Make us watchful and filled with the courage of our Lord and Savior, persevering in opposition and preparing our hearts in devoted prayer.  Give us a vision for the greatness of the work to which You have called us.

Father God, make us prayer warriors, seeking hard after holiness of heart and life.  We cry for mercy and ask for deliverance of your people from the hands of war.  Put a hedge of protection around your saints.  May those blinded by the darkness of deceit, dream dreams and see the face of the one true God.  Sweep across this land with a mighty wave of repentance that brings nations to their knees.  As water breaks out, break out against unrighteousness, and bring revelation and restoration, in Jesus’ name.

Thank you, Father when we call upon you, you are faithful to bring about your promises in our lives.  Produce in us the fruit of steadfast faith, proven character, mature obedience, and unwavering devotion. Bring your saints together in repentance and fill us with a sincere desire to see a new and convicting work spread among God’s people, in the name of Jesus.  Strengthen our spiritual resolve and bring revival in our hearts by the power of the Almighty God.

It is in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior, we pray
