Let us pray

Lord Jesus, we come to you today full of expectation of a mighty move of your Spirit across this land.   We offer you our praises for the faithfulness you show and the never-ending grace you extend.  We ask for a glimpse of your glory that we may be renewed in our hearts and minds of the awesomeness of our God.  Instruct us today and teach us your ways, for all your ways are right and everything you do is worthy of our trust.

The presence of the Lord is with us, wherever we may be right now.  Your provision is sufficient for each and every day and you are faithful to lead and guide our steps.  We choose today to walk into your light and feast on manna sent from heaven. Help us to see your hand in the many blessings we have and know it is all by the grace of God.  Deepen our understanding that we do not live by bread alone, but by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord.  Increase our ability to see the extraordinary working of your hand in the ordinary circumstances of our lives.

We ask for a mighty host of angels to descend across this land and surround your people, Lord.  Make a way where there seems to be none.  Open doors, lead us in your will and may we take hold of the resurrection power of Christ.  May the blood of Jesus cover our children.  May the blood of Jesus cover our homes.  May the blood of Jesus cover this nation.

O’ Lord, breathe your spirit on us, equip us for your good work and give us favor in your sight.  Replace our first loves with more of you, Father.  Redefine what it means to seek happiness and may we look to you for the fulfillment of our desires.  Order the events of our lives to make us more like Jesus.  May we love you with all our hearts for only in You will we find the deep and abiding joy we crave.

Quiet our souls and renew a right spirit in us, Lord.  May we be found faithful and diligent in our works, faithful and loving in our relationships and faithful and committed in our outreach.  But most of all may we be found faithful and unwavering in our love for you, Lord God.

In the precious name of our Father, we pray

Scripture

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.  Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.  Deuteronomy 6:4-7

Let us pray

Lord Jesus, we come before you now with praise and thankfulness for the mighty works of your hand.  You are King over earth and heaven and we worship you.  Lord God we invite you into our presence and into the circumstances of this day.  We have your name written on each of our hearts and we are so grateful we are children of the Almighty God.  You are Lord over all our sin and shame and we are more than overcomers through Christ Jesus. We worship you for your redemptive power and for your saving grace.

Remind us Lord God of your loving care.  Usher us into the quietness of your sanctuary and replenish our souls.  Remind us, Father of your lordship.  Help us to step down off the throne and posture ourselves to receive all the goodness you have in store for your children.  Remind us, Lord of the high calling we have in Christ Jesus.  May we boldly face life’s challenges with the confidence of our priesthood.

Though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil.

Though we walk in times of great compromise and confusion, we will keep our eyes on Jesus.

Though storms rage all around us, we are filled with the peace of Christ.

Give us a hunger, Lord to commune with you and renew a right spirit within your saints.  We claim victory in the hearts and minds of believers all around the world and we pray for a life altering encounter of the Holy Spirit in each of us today.  Fill us to overflowing and may we walk in the newness of Christ Jesus our Lord.  Sweep across this land with a mighty revelation of your glory that turns compromise into consecration and complacency into conviction.  For it is by the mighty power of the blood of Christ we are transformed and made new.  Glory to the Lord God who sets us free!

In the mighty name of our Father, we pray

Scripture

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9

Quote

God is the highest good of the reasonable creature. The enjoyment of him is our proper; and is the only happiness with which our souls can be satisfied. To go to heaven, fully to enjoy God, is infinitely better than the most pleasant accommodations here. Better than fathers and mothers, husbands, wives, or children, or the company of any, or all earthly friends. These are but shadows; but the enjoyment of God is the substance. These are but scattered beams; but God is the sun. These are but streams; but God is the fountain. These are but drops, but God is the ocean. ~Jonathan Edwards

Let us pray

We come before your throne and bow our hearts in reverence for your great mercy.  We offer our sacrifices of praise and rejoice because we are saved by the power of the blood.  May the words of our mouth and the meditations of our heart be pleasing in your sight, O’ Lord.  You are worthy of all blessing and glory.

May integrity and uprightness protect us as we place all our hope in you.  You have rescued us from our enemies and brought us out into a spacious place.  Reach down from on high and take hold of us, Lord.  Set our feet on the solid ground of your Word and may we walk forth surrounded by the mighty Holy Spirit.  May we breathe in the precious fragrance of your assurances as we let go of the cares of this world.

You have promised to deliver those who trust in you and you offer us your right hand to sustain us.  Help us to not lose heart, but to declare the goodness of our God. Show us your ways, Lord and guide us in your truth. We cry Jesus, and praise your name among the nations.  We cry Jesus, the name above all names.  We cry Jesus, our Rock and our Redeemer. We cry Jesus, the name by which every knee shall bow.

We commit our homes and our families to you, Lord.  May we lean hard into your teaching and trust your leading in our lives.  We renew our commitment to time spent in fervent prayer.  Fill us with the unwavering desire to hear you speak.  You are exalted God.  You are our Savior and we declare your glory across this land.  Bring a mighty revival in the name of Jesus.

In the powerful name of Christ our Lord, we pray

Scripture

The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry…The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.  The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.  Psalm 34: 15, 17-18

Quote

Nothing can separate you from His love, absolutely nothing, neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature... We do not need to beg Him to bless us, He simply cannot help it. Therefore God is enough! God is enough for time, God is enough for eternity. God is enough! ~Hannah Whitall Smith

Let us pray

We glorify your name, Lord and worship you for your peace, for your love and mercy.  We pause to bring a sacrifice of praise before your throne of grace.  Make us like trees planted by streams of living water, bearing fruit in this season and bringing kingdom prosperity into the storehouses of our Lord.  Fill our lips with praises as we walk through our day, today Father.

Lord God, show us a glimpse of your majesty and put our hopes in focus in the light of your will for us.   You are our clarity, Father.  Reveal your plans and purposes and make a way through the desert of our souls.  You bestow on us a crown of beauty instead of ashes and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. May we shake off the pleasures of this world and reach out and take hold of you, Lord Jesus.  Increase our faith that we will be filled to overflowing with the assurance of your answers to the unseen cries of our hearts.

Our soul rejoices in you our God and we delight in you.  Make us a display of your splendor and your strength here on earth.  We declare your majesty and apart from you there is no other.  From the rising of the sun to the place of its setting, you are Lord.  Reveal your glory, that men will know there is none beside thee.  Your goodness will always be!  Hallelujah to the King of Kings!

We declare victory for our nations and across this land.  Let salvation spring forth and let righteousness rise up!  Send revival to the ends of the earth, we pray.  Bring to life dry bones, breathe in the power of your Word, and fill us with your Spirit, that we may live.

In the precious name of Jesus our Lord, we pray

Scripture

Praise be to you, Lord, the God of our father Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all.  Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things.  In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. 1 Chronicles 29:10-12
